Teddy Pig
The Teddy Pig Pattern is free.
This is a genuine State Fair prizewinning pig - he took third place in the 2004 Kansas State Fair's stuffed animal category. First place was a crazy-quilted rabbit from, I think, the Jodie Davis "Easy-To-Make Stuffed Animals and All the Trimmings" book (as far as I know, you earn no points for using an original pattern - in fact, I recently discovered that Sunflower Bear won in a category that's supposed to be for dressed *bought* bears - and I've never actually mentioned that I do). Teddy Wolf was entered in the teddy bear category that year, so the pig was sort of an afterthought, and I was happy that he won what he did, but the rabbit (and presumeably the red-ribbon winner as well, which I couldn't find) was definitely more suited for the category. It was just, as I mentioned at the time, way fun to go around telling fellow suburbanites I had entered a pig in the State Fair.
Post-Fair, I decided poor little nekkid pig needed a straw hat and some farm implements, and someday he'll get pictures with them.

As always, I'd love to see pictures of finished (or hey, in-progress) items, especially if I can post them here (or link to your page of pictures, whichever). And if you're selling them, or if you can be commissioned to make one, do let me know and I'll link to that, too.
